WELCOME

The St. Moritz Sailing Club, Swiss Musto Skiff Association and Musto Skiff International take great pleasure in inviting Musto Skiff sailors from all over the world to the 2008 International Musto Skiff World Championships from August 24 through August 30 at Lake Silvaplana.

The St. Moritz Sailing Club is well experienced in running major sailing events most recently: the 2007 Fireball Worlds, 2005 Optimist Worlds, the 2004 29er Worlds, the 2001 Tornado Europeans, and the 2000 470 Youth Worlds.









St. Moritz is situated at 1800m elevation in the Upper Engadin Valley. Its innumerable sights and outstanding scenery have made it one of the most famous holiday resorts in the world. Having held lots of high-ranking sports competitions, including sailing events, it has gained an excellent reputation in the world of sports.

Le Club de Voile de St. Moritz, Swiss Musto Skiff Association et Musto Skiff International sont heureux d’inviter les navigateurs et navigatrices du monde entier à participer au Championnat du monde international Musto Skiff 2008 du 24 août au 30 août sur le lac de Silvaplana.

Le Club de Voile de St. Moritz est très expérimenté et a déjà organisé des manifestations véliqes de niveau européen et mondial, notamment : championnat du monde 2007 des Firebal, championnat du monde 2005 des Optimist, championnat du monde 2004 des 29er, championnat d’Europe 2001 des Tornados et championnat junior des 470 en 2000.



St. Moritz est situé dans la vallée de la Haute Engadine, considérée par beaucoup comme l’une plus belle des vallées alpines de Suisse. Un grand nombre d’attractions touristiques en ont fait l’un lieu de villégiature les plus connus du monde. Les manifestations sportives de haut niveaux, en voile notamment, qui y ont été organisées ont encore renforcé sa réputation.

Il club velico St. Moritz vanta grande esperienza nella realizzazione di grandi eventi velici. (Brevemente: mondieale Fireball 2007, mondiale Optimist 2005, mondiale 29er 2004, europeo Tornado 2001, mondiale 470 giovanile 2000)
